Beautiful location! It's really impressive to see how this building is coming along so far and almost looks ready for public usage,
Personally, I am looking forward to its opening in September 2023 to be able to speak to someone in person about a postgraduate degree there in the future once I have saved up some funds for it 🫶🏼
I attended this university, and I received my MSc from this there last year, but I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. There were tutors who didn’t have a firm grasp on the subjects that were taught, and when I reached out to the administration to voice my concerns, they were essentially dismissed. They claim to care about their students, but my experience here proves different. Do better LCF!
This campus will close shortly and move to Stratford for the start of the new term after the summer break.
Very poor student support service, university admin is the worse part, they have no communication with the teaching team. Appeal and complaint department don't take calls and meetings, took ages for emails to go back and forth. They only want money from student, poor canteen, most staff aren't helpful. Don't expect too much with this uni, they only have names.
I’m on my last nerve, my emails are not being answered, no one is picking up the phone, you can’t find anyone to help you at the office, I have to say yes le no to job offers to do while at uni but I can’t since they haven’t replied and let me know what days of the week I will be busy and in the meantime your deadline is approaching and you get anxious and stressed for nothing because if they had a better service they would get in touch.
🫶🏻 …
The administrators lost my work in results I was forced to re take the unit and pay once again for term. No one was able to help me and I was blamed that I must have stolen the work myself. Very disappointing.
I did the 1-week Structured Bra Making Course and Linda was awesome.
We made 3 bras in such a short time and I learnt to to cut the patterns, make a pattern from my own bra, use all the contour machines to a basic level and how to adapt it to domestic sewing machine use.
I have a new respect for lingerie production.
Will take other courses with LCF in the future.
Well worth the money spent.
Ikwo.
